Previously MD of Blue Marine Foundation & CEO of Cambridge Science Centre, Cindy is an Associate Fellow of University of Cambridge Homerton College, currently writing a book on colonisation and climate change.




Craig is the Founder of Whole Earth Foods and Green & Black’s organic chocolate. He’s the former Chair of the Soil Association, Chairman of Carbon Gold Ltd, and Chairman at Gusto Organic drinks. Craig’s career has followed organic food and farming, and he authored ‘About Macrobiotics’, ‘The Little Food Book’, and other food and farming related books.




George Lamb is the co-founder of Wildfarmed - a regenerative food and farming business that is connecting farmers, food businesses and consumers to quality food grown in nature rich landscapes, in a bid to accelerate the global transition to regenerative agriculture.




Indy is co-founder of Dark Matter Labs and of the RIBA award winning architecture and urban practice Architecture. Indy is a non-executive international Director of the BloxHub, the Nordic Hub for sustainable urbanization. He is on the advisory board for the Future Observatory and is part of the committee for the London Festival of Architecture. He is also a fellow of the London Interdisciplinary School and professor at RMIT University.

Lucy is a modern explorer, filmmaker and Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, dedicated to redefining what exploration means today. Having led expeditions from the Arctic to the Amazon, she uses storytelling to champion environmental resilience and responsible adventure. Founder of The Explorers’ Collective and a council member of the Scientific Exploration Society, Lucy works to inspire a new generation to connect with the wild.




Merlin is a biologist and author of Entangled Life, a million copy New York Times and Sunday Times bestseller, and winner of the Royal Society Book Prize and the Wainwright Prize. Merlin is a research associate of the University of Oxford and the VU Amsterdam, the UK Policy Lead for the Fungi Foundation, a core member of the More-Than-Human Life Project, and works closely with the Society for the Protection of Underground Networks.




Nicolaj founded GANNI and served as CEO for a decade alongside his wife, Ditte. He led sustainability initiatives like carbon footprint mapping and a 44-goal responsibility plan. In 2017, he secured a partnership with L Catterton for global expansion. He stepped down in 2018 to focus on tech and sustainability and is now a Venture Partner at Giant Ventures, a VC firm focused on responsible projects.




Sarah qualified as a barrister in 2005 and went on to practice in criminal and family law for nearly a decade before leaving on extended maternity leave to have her two young sons. During this time she wrote about her experiences as a barrister in her narrative non-fiction memoir, “In Your Defence: Stories of Life and Law” (2018) which became a Sunday Times Bestseller.
In 2017 she moved to the Suffolk countryside and took on the running of a small farm. This experience forms part of her second narrative non-fiction book, “Rooted: Stories of Life, Land, and a Farming Revolution” (2022). It seeks to shine a light on the world of farming at a critical point in the future of the countryside.
Sarah has written for Prospect Magazine, The Times, Country Life, The Financial Times, Start the Week, Times Radio and Red Magazine and appeared as a guest on radio and podcasts including BBC’s Woman’s Hour, BBC Radio 3’s ‘Private Passions’ and The Spectator’s ’Table Talk’.

Beyond modelling, she champions eco-causes with Greenpeace and UN agencies. Her charity, DIRT, founded in 2021, focuses on soil regeneration to make fashion a climate solution.
